Auto Salvage Customer Service
Requirements:
  • Dependable Customer Service with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
  • Cashier, basic computer skills, General Housekeeping of indoor/outdoor facility.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push and pull. Ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs. Organizational skills a plus.
  • Applicants must be at least - 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must Pass Background check & Pre-employment drug screen!
  • Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month

Scrap Yard Worker
Job Requirements:
  • Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to stand long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to do physical labor.
  • Must be able to work with others or by yourself with little to no supervision.
  • Must be able to take orders and follow them.
  • Must be able to be on time and have good attendance.
  • Previous customer experience helpful
  • Basic knowledge of scrap material helpful
  • Must be able to work weekends.

Vehicle Processor 
Job Requirements:
  • Full-time and Part Time  Auto Salvage Workers  Needed for Vehicle Processing area. Must be able to work outside in all weather.
  • Job duties include: Vehicle processing, breaking down tires, processing mowers, setting vehicles weekly and yard clean up. Duties may change as needed. Opportunity for Fork Lift Certification!
  • Basic Knowledge of car parts and customer service skills preferred but not required. Must have a willingness to learn, ability to walk/stand and lift up to 40lbs.
  • This position will require some Saturdays.

General Laborer:
Job Description:

Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables
Accounts Payable
  • · Process and match incoming invoices in preparation for payment to vendors and obtain any necessary approvals from department managers
  • · Contact vendors whenever problems with invoices arise, such as pricing, missing invoices/credits and works with other departments within the organizations to resolve any issues
  • · Enter all invoices into either RIMAS or Quick Books ensuring the proper general ledger code for the expense.
  • · Prepare multiple weekly payable runs, match checks with invoices and obtain authorized signatures
  • · Mail all checks with their proper documentation, writing check number on each invoice and date it was paid, and file the invoices in a professionally maintained filing system
  • · Audit employee expense reports and prepare check in timely manner
  • · Prepare and enter any intercompany payables for all divisions
  • · Maintain excel spreadsheet for all current employees for all divisions enrolled in Principal Insurance to ensure accuracy of billing and weekly deductions from payroll
  • · Maintain excel spreadsheets for all purchases of fixed assets for all divisions and balance to the General Ledger monthly
  • · Prepares the Accounts Payable aging report for upper management on a weekly basis for all divisions
  • · Obtains industrial pricing from upper management using the AMM and emails industrial customers with pricing for all divisions
  • · Responsible for entering Purchase Contracts into RIMAS for all divisions
  • · Responsible for auditing and moving daily scale batches of inventory purchased and prepare for industrial pricing from upper management
  • · Close out and post all accounts payable batches for all divisions all the way thru the General Ledger Module
  • · Close out and post all scale receiving batches for all divisions/departments all the way thru the General Ledger Module
  • · Assists in reconciling the following accounts for all divisions at month-end by preparing excel schedules to be printed and given to Controller at month-end: 2101 (Principal Insurance Clearing), 2290 (Garnishments), and Suspense
  • · Verify that the Accounts Payable subsidiary ledger agrees with the General Ledger at each month end and notify supervisor of any discrepancies
  • · Maintain the vendors records within RIMAS and Quick Books
  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF RECENT AP/AR EXPERIENCE WITH REFERENCES
